Jingzhou Public Bus Company issued Disabled Passenger’s IC Card (also called Courtesy Bus Card) in central area since December 1st, making the disabled to take public buses for free.
The Courtesy Bus Card is applied to the blind people, the handicapped and the lower limb disabled enjoying basic living subsistence allowance, who must hold registered permanent residence of Jingzhou central area, and possess “Disabled Card Permit of the People’s Republic of China”.
The Courtesy Bus Card is a yearly card and limited to be used 60 times per month.
