To further simplify administrative examination and approval, optimize investment environment and encourage investment, Jingzhou City has implemented "one-form" enterprise registration examination and approval method at Municipal Administrative Service Center, which means by relying on municipal administrative examination and approval system, everything could be done within one registration form, one window acceptance, one payment bill, one stop settlement, and one time delivery. Led by Jingzhou Municipal Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau, concert with Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau, Local Tax Bureau, National Tax Bureau and collection bank windows to set up a joint approval and management window for "one-form" enterprise registration. The applicant only needs to submit application to Industrial and Commercial Department, fill in the form and prepare materials. The staff would input relevant information into the system and scan to upload the materials. Quality Supervision and Tax Department would obtain required form and information directly from the system to grant the business license, organization code certificate and tax registration certificate in a united manner. After implementation of "one-form" enterprise registration examination and approval, the number of application materials submitted reduced from the original 31 to currently 12, all procedures would be done within one working day.
