On the afternoon of April 1st, Mayor Li Jianming went to SJS Ltd to solicit opinions and suggestions from employees of the enterprise about the municipal government work.

He listened to the opinions and suggestions from the employees on housing, travel, education, professional title appraisal carefully and pointed out that the company, since its establishment in more than 20 years ago, has made continuous reform and innovation and has unique features in both technical and management aspects.

He also pointed out that the opinions and suggestions by the employees, though are concrete issue, but are issues they hope to solve; To meet the expectation of the people is the aim and task of the government's work. Currently, there are a few units that are found of the following problems such as non-implementation of system, insufficient and not timely supervision and negligence of the service quality while attaching too much importance to hardware; the above problems have to be solved once met, in the meantime, the relevant departments should further enhance the consciousness of active service, so as to improve service standards and efficiency.

In addition, he pointed out that, the company, as a business entity, shall shoulder its social responsibility. On one hand, it shall establish and improve the employees' wage growth mechanism, social endowment insurance mechanism, the relevant welfare and salvages, so as to stabilize staff's team; on the other hand, it shall make more contributions on tax and the environmental protection. He said that the Municipal Government will pay more attentions to the enterprise and the staff, and improve infrastructure and supporting facilities of the South City Development Zone so as to optimize the integrated services platform of the development zone so that enterprise can develop smoothly here, and the employees can enjoy their work and life here.
