On the morning of 20, the fifth session of the fourth People’s Congress of Jingzhou City was grandly held in Kaile Theatre of Jingzhou Convention Center.
In the warm applauses, Mayor Li Jianming made government work reports to the Congress, which composed of work review for 2014, working tasks in 2015 and promote the government self construction by the law.

We firmly united and relied on the citizen to carry out in-depth waist strengthen program and solidly finish the work in all aspects with major economic indicators higher than the national growth rate and faster than the provincial level. After the opening ceremony, delegation representatives read the 2014 Implementation Plan for National Economic and Social Development Plan of Jingzhou city and Report for the 2105 Draft Plan, the 2014 Budget Implementation of Jingzhou city and Report for the 2015 Budget Draft Plan; Consideration of the Electoral Methods (Draft); Brewing the Candidate List (Draft), and Deputies Jointly-recommended Candidates.
