In the afternoon of Dec. 26th, the fifth committee of Jingzhou Municipal Party Community of CPC held the first plenary session. The standing committee members, secretary and deputy secretary of the fifth committee of Jingzhou Municipal Party Community of CPC were elected. Li Xinhua was elected as Secretary of the fifth committee of Jingzhou Municipal Party Community of CPC. Yang Zhi and Cui Yonghui were elected as deputy secretary of the fifth committee of Jingzhou Municipal Party Community of CPC.
