32 programs of 2017 “Public Programs Mu Lan” of Hubei Provincial Women’s Federation are revealed, three of which are in Jingzhou. They are “Safety•Growth” safety education for girls, “Spring Sunshine Warming the Setting Sun” community service for the old women and “Blue Sky” domestic violence early warning system construction. It’s known that “Public Programs Mu Lan” is the public program system of Hubei Provincial Women’s Federation. 128 programs benefit over 10, 000, 000 women and children in three years.
