To inherit and develop Chinese traditional culture, Jingzhou Municipal Party committee and government decide to start the establishment of Culture City for Three Titles (Chinese Cultural City of Couplet, Chinese Cultural City of Poems, and Chinese Cultural City of Calligraphy) to create City Card. Jingzhou will try to get the title of Chinese Cultural City of Couplet in 2018 and Chinese Cultural City of Poems and Chinese Cultural City of Calligraphy in 2019 through inspection.
