Jingzhou Municipal government signed strategic cooperation agreement and Jingzhou North Expressway (Yinjiangjihang Ditch-Shanghai Road) PPP Project Investment Framework Agreement with the total investment of 50 billion with China Gezhouba Group Corporation.
