The main projects of Jingzhou New Library and part of interior decoration have been finished. The contractor is installing water and electricity. The New Library has five floors with the total covered area of 20, 000 square meters. The volumes of the books can reach 1,500,000, twice more than the volumes in old library. It can hold 1200 people at the same time.
