On the morning of November 8th, Huazhong Surface Treatment Circular Economy Industrial Park invested by Huizhou Kimou Industrial Investment Co., Ltd with an investment of RMB2.2 billion held the signing ceremony, remarking that it had officially settled down in Jinzhou Economic and technological Development Zone.

This project, being as a green environment-protection project, conforms to the relevant requirements in terms of pollution prevention and control and great protection of Yangtze River purposed by the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and it would be of great importance for Jinzhou to implement green development, boost the upgrading of industrial economy, and improve the platform function of the park. It is said that Huazhong Surface Treatment Circular Economy Industrial Park, invested by Huizhou Kimou Industrial Investment Co., Ltd with an investment of RMB2.2 billion and covering an area of 1,000 mu, will plan to build standard plant, living infrastructures , and waste-water treatment plant with a daily treatment capacity of 16 thousand tons by supporting green development with technology, reducing emission with circulating utilization, and replacing small scale and wide distribution with integration. Once completed, it can accommodate more than one hundred companies in terms of surface treatment such as automobile, aero and aviation, electronics, and hardware to settle down in the park and radiate and serve for enterprises in central China that have the intention to settle down there.
