It is known that it is of great difficulty to establish national civilized city and itvalues a lot: it is the highest honor among all comprehensive selections inChina as well as the most valuable city brand. According to the arrangement of Central Civilization Office, it will be held each three years and before that,nomination qualification is required; then through another- three-year efforts,the city is allowed to participate in the selection.
