In the Report on the Work of the Government ( the Report), Premier Li Keqiang put forward to implement rural revitalization strategy, advance agricultural supply-side reform, fully deepen the rural reform and speed up the modernization of agriculture and the countryside. The Report presents the willing to strengthen work related to agriculture, rural and farmer, which inspires the people who is doing rural work, such as the cadres, the scientific and technical workers and leaders of rural cooperatives.

The Report guided that to advance agriculture supply-side reform, promote the innovation of agriculture, forestry, herding, fishery and seed industry, speed up the construction of modern agricultural park and characteristic agricultural product area, foster internet plus agriculture, expand the channel for income growth of farmers, promote the integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industry. Liu Jun, the leading innovative entrepreneur of grape industry in Gong’an county, said the new policy make him firmly confirmed to develop the grape industry. 

Jinqiu Agriculture is specialized in grape planting, and monitor the data like water, soil, temperature, sunlight and air by adapting network system to realize intelligent planting. Besides that, it also set a benefit sharing model with farmers, the farmers can get a net income of 7800 yuan per mu land each year, including the land circulation fee, income and the bonus. Influenced by Jinqiu Agriculture, the area of grape planting in Buhe town reached 80000 mu (1mu =666.7 m2), as well as the annual output value worth 1 billion yuan. This year, Jinqiu Agriculture will build its own deep processing production line for grape, and create grape picking gallery to build a demo base for high efficiency agriculture.
