On the afternoon of April 4^th, the work promotion meeting of“Transformation and Upgrading of Individual Business to Corporation inJingzhou” was held. Vice Mayor Xiang Bin attended the meeting and required that, all counties, cities and districts and relevant departments in Jingzhou should improve awareness and accurately master the importance of the“transformation and upgrading of individual business to corporation”; take comprehensive measures to promote the work to be carried out orderly; intensify the leadership to ensure the practical effect of the transformation and upgrading work.

It is known that, at present, there are more than 320,000 market subjects in Jingzhou while only 56,000 are companies, a relatively small number. In the next step,Jingzhou will provide enhanced policy support to subjects which are transforming and upgrading from individual business to corporation to carry out“multiple-certificates into one”, simplify the processing, and facilitate the access; relax the name registration limitation of individual business transforming to corporation. Based on the premise of non-duplication and non-violation of company name registration regulations, transformed companies can maintain its previous name of individual business; simplify the residential registration processing of individual business transforming to corporation; and support companies in terms of manufacturing and processing to relocate their business venues to corresponding industrial parks after individual business transforming to corporation.
