On April 7th,Secretary Yang Zhi of Jingzhou Municipal Party Committee, also the Director ofthe Standing Committee of Jingzhou Municipal People's Congress and the First Secretary of Jingzhou Military Subarea, and Vice Secretary Cui Yonghui of Jingzhou Municipal Party Committee, also the Mayor of Jingzhou emphasized the deep implementation of Xi Jingping’s thought on Yangtze Economic Belt of“co-stressing great protection and no large-scale development”, the determination to put the restoration of Yangtze ecological environment at the overwhelming position, and the comprehensively implementation of the “nine great actions” of Yangtze River Protection, so as to give full play to the role of militia as themain force, take time to make well preparation before flood season, and practically transfer ecology orientation and green development idea into vivid practice of transformation and revitalization development of Jingzhou when they were checking and inspecting the protection work of Yangtze River, preparation before flood season, and military group integration.
Yang Zhi stressed that great efforts should be took to make anti-flood preparation in Jingzhou, manage and complete the dangerous tasks and sections promptly, and carry out all emergent anti-flood measures so as to lay a solid foundation to the victory of anti-flood this year.
