In recent days, Health China Tour 2018——Scientific Fitness & National Healthy Lifestyle Action was launched in Jingfeng Square. Themed with “Scientific Fitness”, it advocates national healthy lifestyle this year by conducting healthy education and scientific fitness activity among occupational group.

Sun Yuqiu,Vice Mayor of Jingzhou Government, announced the opening of the activity. At the opening ceremony, Jingzhou District Senior Sports Association Tai Chi Teamper formed the Chen’s 56-styple shadowboxing and professional sports professor interpreted the essence of  "brisk walking".

All subordinate units of Jingzhou Municipal Bureau of Public Security conducted site promotion activity to release gifts such as salt spoons, and health education handbooks. Experts selected by all hospitals also performed free health consultation.
