According to reporters yesterday, Jingzhou District has been designed and built in diversified styles and blossomed with flowers all over the region, making the earth green and lustering.
Ten types of afforestation models, such as passageway greening,portal town greening, village greening, beach greening, lake forest belt andsuburban forest in stereo ecological planting and cultivating has beencarefully planned, laid out and built with high quality by Jingzhou District.Particularly, the rational planning, layout and key construction aroundChuangsen inspection line have been carried out to achieve the greening effectof one string beads and pleasant to the eye. Forexample, in Jingdang tourist highway, a 100-meter wide landscape forest belt onboth sides is planned tobe built with a greening area of 3600 mu, among which 1600 mu has been completed in 2018, and 2000 mu is planned to be expanded in 2019; inthe vicinity of Lingjiaohu Wetland Park, a 2000-mu deep forest beltaround the lake has been planned and under construction, and more than 800 mu of land has beentransferred and planted with new trees.
To promote the blossomof the whole region, the district urges and guides all localities to adapt to local conditions and create afforestation projects withlocal characteristics according to their own reality. In2018, 800-mu plum garden and 1000-mu forest ecological andcultural theme park were built in Tongling village, Baling Mountain town; a 100-mu Rhododendronecological park was built in Lianshan village, Mashan town; an 800-mu crape myrtleecological park was built in Chuandian town; and a 500-mu rose garden was builtin Taipingqiao village, Mishi town. In2019, focusing on Chuandian, Mashan and Baling Mountains,high-quality seedling gardens, ecological sightseeing gardensand forest villages will be built along Jingdang Tourist Highway and TengziHighway.
Since this year, morethan 40 large-scale greening enterpriseshave been introduced into Jingzhou District. The attracted amount of investmentin greening has reached more than RMB 300 million, and the scale ofafforestation invested has reached 25,000 mu.
