In the afternoon of December 13, ChinaMaolong Industrial Trade Development Corporation signed a contract withJingzhou High-tech Zone to invest RMB 12.6 billion to build Maolong Ecologicand SmartKangyang Town, Maolong Rome Spring Outlets (Jingzhou) and Maolong Healthy Food Science Park.
LinHong, vice chairman of the CPPCC, and Chen Shengchao, general manager of ChinaMaolong Industrial Trade Development Corporation, attended the signingceremony.
The Maolong Ecologicand SmartHealthy Town Project is also the national ecologic,smartand healthy endowment demonstration base(Jingzhou), with a total investment of RMB10billion and a planned area of about 2,000 mu.It is the largest investment project in Jingzhou Hi-tech Zone this year.Ecological wisdom healthcare town will set 10,000 old-age beds to realizenationwide chain operation, which can provide targeted comprehensive servicessuch as healthcare, professional care, ecological agriculture and tourism,making it a regional ecological healthcare and leisure tourism destination.
The Maolong Rome Spring Outlets(Jingzhou) Project is planned to invest a total of RMB2billion, covering an area of about 300 mu, and will be built into an artshoppingand tourism center with Outlets as its core, integrating holidays, tourism,art, entertainment and catering functions.
The project of Maolong Healthy Food Science Park is planned toinvest RMB 600 million and cover an area ofabout 200 mu. It will focus on improving thecomprehensive utilization of buckwheat, developing and producing buckwheatbeverage, buckwheat instant noodles, buckwheat bean skin, buckwheat pillow coreand other products, and creating a buckwheat product industry chain.
It is understood thatChinaMaolong Industrial Trade Development Corporation is a large state-ownedenterprise, whose main business covers many fields such as healthcare industries, bulk trade, green energy, modernagriculture and so on. In May this year, China Maolong signed a frameworkcooperation agreement with Jingzhou High-tech Zone. In more than half a year,the two sides have conducted a host of in-depth communication andnegotiations, and finally determined the first batch of cooperation projectsinvolving wisdom, healthcare, high-end commerce and healthy food. Inthe future, the two sides will also actively expand "1+2+N"cooperation on this basis.
