On February 12, the Commencement Ceremony of 2019 New Year "Good Start" Key Projects& Cornerstone Laying Ceremony of Central China Surface Treatment CircularEconomy Industrial Park took place at Jingzhou Economic and TechnologicalDevelopment Zone (JETDZ). Jiang Hong, Member of the Standing Committee of theCPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Party Work Committee ofJETDZ announced the commencement of the key projects. Zhang Lianghong, Chairmanof Huizhou JinmaoInvestment Co., Ltd. (Huizhou Jinmao) and Xiang Bin, Vice Mayor of theJingzhou Municipal People's Government attended the ceremony.

Central China SurfaceTreatment Circular Economy Industrial Park is the first cooperative environmentalproject between Jinmao and Jingzhou. A total of 20 projects were commenced thistime, with a total land area of 4,670.3 mu and a planned total investment of12.46 billion yuan. After going into production, these projects will generate atotal annual output value of 14.74 billion yuan and total annual tax revenuesof 609 million yuan.
