On February 12,2019 (8th day of lunar January), Jingzhou Bus Group received eight special licenses for new energy vehicles in the vehicle management office of Jingzhou Public SecurityTraffic Administration. This is the first time that Jingzhou Bus Group has received aspecial license for new energy vehicles.

Compared with the ordinary car number plate, the background color of the left "鄂 D" part of the new energy vehicle special number plate is yellow, while the right specific number part is green,which implies electric power and new energy. There is an electric plug patternin the circle connected yellow and green.

Jingzhou Bus Group has237 new energy buses, of which 181 are pure electric vehicles and 56 are hybrid vehicles. It is believed that passengers who have traveled on fuel buses have such experience: during rush hours, the crowded fuel buses always emit various odors, mixed with the smell of gasoline, and the non-stop start and stop of buses make people feel dizzy; while the new energy buses have improved this point very well, the air inside the bus is fresh, the bus starts smoothly, the noise is small. For people who suffer from car sickness, the ride experience has been greatly improved.

These 8 new energy vehicle special licenses will be placed on eight new energy pure electric vehicles. Jingzhou Bus Group will continue to complete the task of replacing the new energy bus license, and provide better service for the public.
