Meihao's Prefabricated Building Project Pushes Forward Green Building Industry

Theprefabricated building is a sunrise industry with a market capacity of 10trillion yuan, as well as an inevitable trend of green development andsupply-side structural reform. It represents the advanced direction of buildingindustry transformation and upgrading. How is the construction progress of MeihaoJingzhou Prefabricated Building Manufacturing Base as the first prefabricatedbuilding plant introduced by Jingzhou? Let's take a look.

Onthe construction site of Meihao Jingzhou Prefabricated Building Manufacturing Basein Yanjiang Boulevard, Jingzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, themain plant has been completed and interior decoration was under way.

Witha total investment of 600 million yuan, the project commenced on March 2018, isexpected to go into operation in May 2019, and will mainly manufacturedouble-sided composite wallboards, composite floor slabs, prefabricated stairs,bay windows and balconies. The company introduced a full automatic productionline from Germany to achieve higher quality and efficiency twice as much as thedomestic industry.

InApril 2018, the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government released the Implementation Opinion on Speeding up theDevelopment of Prefabricated Buildings. According to the opinion,Jingzhou's prefabricated buildings will account for more than 20 percent of newbuildings by 2020 and more than 40 percent by 2025. Meihao JingzhouPrefabricated Building Manufacturing Base is the first intelligent PC plant ofMeihao Group in Jingzhou. After going into production, the project will providequality SEPC service for Jingzhou's green building industry, especiallyprefabricated building field, to promote the development of Jingzhou'sprefabricated buildings.
