On June 25, the reporter learned from the meeting onstart-up work of "Enterprise Utilizing Cloud Computing Technology" underJingzhou city's economic information system and on training on key enterprises forUtilizing Cloud Computing Technology, Implementation Program on Jingzhou'sEnterprises Utilizing Cloud Computing Technology (2019-2021) was officially introduced,which marks a solid step in promoting the deep integration of Jingzhou'sindustrial enterprises with the Internet and big data.
According to the main person in charge of Jingzhou Bureauof Economic and Information Technology, the new generation of informationtechnology, such as cloud computing, Internet of Things, big data, has beenmore and more widely penetrated into the production, operation, management andservice process of enterprises. The industrial cloud platform is graduallyevolving into the center of the transformation and upgrading ecosystem of manufacturingindustry in the Internet era. It has become an important means and the only wayto promote the conversion of new and old enterprise competence, as well as thetransformation and upgrading of enterprises.
According to the latest roadmap of Jingzhou Enterpriseutilizing cloud computing technology, Jingzhou city will promote this work fromthree aspects: basic system cloud service, platform system cloud service, andbusiness application cloud service, and plan to promote the whole city'sindustrial enterprises and small and micro enterprises to utilize cloud computingtechnology in three years, in order to form a perfect cloud computingecological system and promote deep integration of Internet, big data, artificialintelligence and real economy. By 2021, the city will have 2,500 enterprises whichutilize cloud computing technology, and will have 80 pilot enterprises forutilizing cloud computing technology, so that the city can be in the forefrontof the province in terms of the work of promoting enterprises to utilize cloud computingtechnology.
At the training meeting, the heads of the relevant unitsof the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Hubei Province, interpretedthe relevant policies on promoting enterprises to utilize cloud computing technology.Three cloud service providers and enterprise representatives of"Enterprises Utilizing Cloud Computing Technology" service platform inJingzhou, gave technical demonstrations, and made exchanges and speeches.
It is reported that in August 2018, the Ministry ofIndustry and Information Technology issued the "Implementation Guidelinesfor Promoting Enterprises to Utilize Cloud Computing Technology"(2018-2020), aiming to encourage local governments to accelerate thedevelopment of innovation and entrepreneurship via cloud platform. It isdesigned to support enterprises and entrepreneurs to actively cultivate newformats based on cloud computing platform, use new technologies such as bigdata, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and block chains to activelyfoster new model. According to the implementation guidelines, cloud computingwill be widely used in enterprise production, operation and management by 2020.
