Jingmen Garden for HubeiProvince (Jingzhou) Garden Flower EXPOis located at smooth terrain. With its southwestern side enclosed by waters,Qianjiang Garden on its north, Shiyan Garden on its south and Suiyuan Garden onits east, Jingmen Garden is at the center of “Wenyun” section of Chuyun area.So far, 90% of construction outdoors has been finished.

Revolving around a theme of “Great Zhang River,Aviation New Town”, Jingzhou Garden locates itself at the Wenyun sector ofChuyun area. Along the banks of Zhang River emerges Jingmen Garden, of whicheach and every bit embodies aviation culture.

The whole garden is composed of entrance area,cultural area and core area. Occupying the commanding ground, the entrance areais the main area, featuring the model of AG600 and the show of hot-air balloons.The cultural area displays the water culture of Zhang River in the open space.The core area has runways and command towers to show aviation culture,including Like a Rising Sun, Dreams of Flying, Flying in the Sky, Flying High andFar, Mountains, Rivers and Clouds. 

In terms of planting and gardening, Jingmen Gardenis characterized by local plants, including fraxinus hupehensis, camphor trees,ginkgo, koelreuteria paniculata, crape myrtle trees, typifying the local rusticscenes. A combination of plants of various shapes, colors, textures and qualities,with evergreen and deciduous trees in proportion, can display seasonality andecological nature. Acting as visual guide, those plants also partition spaces,thus forming an ecological landscape of diversity and multiple layers andleading to picturesque landscape gardening of an integral whole.
