Good news! A new cultural tourism “town” willbe established in Jingzhou with a cyber-celebrity sightseeing train and super romanticField of Light in it.
Located in TaohuashanTown of Shishou City, “Town of Peach Blossom Land” project isinvested and constructed by ShishouBranch of Hubei Cultural & Tourism Investment Group Co., Ltd. (HBCT).Already started construction in June this year, the project’s First DevelopmentArea in flower field is under construction.
The project’s First Development Area enjoys anarea of 292 mu (a unit of area, =0.0667 hectares), with an investment of about63 million yuan, including the Tourist Center & Commercial Street,Ecological Parking Lot and Flower Sea. The Tourist Center & Commercial Streetcovers an area of 32 mu and consists of 9 individual buildings, with a totalconstruction area of 6404.72 square meters, including 2579.86 square meters forTourist Center and 3514.3 square meters for Commercial Street. Adopting thestreet + courtyard form with one or two floors, the Tourist Center & CommercialStreet boasts functional flexibility and relative independence, and also reflectsthe characteristics of multiple courtyards of the local architecture.
The project will take full advantage of theterrain and enrich the hierarchy. Ecological Parking Lot covers an area of 34mu with a total of 250 parking spaces, maximally reserving the green areas inthe parking lot, so as to empower cars to park genuinely under the tree and inthe ecology. The Flower Sea covers an area of 226 mu. The entire terrain of theflower field is high in the east and low in the west, which is in the shape ofa gentle slope. Flowers can be appreciated in four seasons since the flower seais planted in rotation at all seasons. In addition, the interactive experiencewith sightseeing train is added. The light installation in the Field of Lightis set up at night to increase the experience of night, making people feel asif they were roaming in the countless stars when in flower sea.
At present, the relevant parties haveimplemented the land index of 119 mu of the First Development Area and 96.64 muof supporting land in the urban areas. They have completed the usage examinationand approval of 35 mu of forest lands of the First Development Area, togetherwith the project bidding. In addition, the double-levy work on the First DevelopmentArea at 84 mu range has been basically completed.
Expectedto be completed in March next year, the First Development Area project inflower field can be integrated with the annual Peach Blossom Festival, as anattempt to better display the cultural tourism image of Shishou.
