On the evening of 10th September, Jingzhousocial organizations held “My People, My Country” variety show in JingzhouConference Center, solemnly commemorating the 70th anniversary of the foundingof New China and showing the sound spirituality of social organizations in thewhole city who love the Communist Party of China, the Motherland and the Chinesepeople. Hu Jinglin, the Vice Chairman of Jingzhou Municipal Committee of CPPCC,watched the evening party on site.

The evening party was unveiled by the chorusperformances “Today is Your Birthday” and “Under the brilliant Sunshine”jointly brought by Yinxin Art Troupe, Huayi Chorus and Xiaoji Sunshine ArtTroupe. In the first act, the scene song and dance dramas “Fight Across the YangtzeRiver, Emancipate the Whole China” and “Loyal Soul” had fully demonstrated thearduous process that the Chinese people struggled to fight bloody battles, eventuallysecured a victory of Anti-Japanese War and emancipated the whole China. In thesecond act, the performances of “The Oil Workers with Heart Trending Towardsthe Party”, “The Harvest Song” and “The Soldiers of Chairman Mao Zedong RemainMost Obedient to the Party” had showed that the Chinese people had overcamevarious difficulties, waged arduous struggles and vigorously devoted themselvesto the socialist undertakings at the beginning of the founding of New China.

Entering a new ear, China would embark on anew journey. In the third act, the performances of “TheRepublic Love” “The Amiable Folks Nationwide” and “Remain True to Our OriginalAspiration” pushed the party to a new high. Never forget why you started andforge ahead to be a dream-seeker in a new era. In the fourth act, “Clap YourHands if You Feel Happy”, “City Backbone”, “With Heart Like a River Flowinginto the Sea, Make Dream Come True” and “The Beautiful Homeland” had extolledthe great achievements of the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China. “Icannot be separated from my country even for a moment. Wherever I go, there isalways a song of praise.” The beautiful, simple and sincere song had expressedthe heartfelt attachment and genuine extolment to the great motherland, andbrought the party to an end with a success.

Itwas reported that the evening party was organized by Jingzhou Municipal CivilAffairs Bureau and co-organized by Municipal Management Association forNon-Profit Organization and Municipal Mass Art Museum, hundreds of people fromsocial organizations in the whole city participating in performance. Taking thecelebration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of New China as anopportunity, the party extolled the great achievements and united the strengthof endeavor, which had inspired and mobilized the city's vast socialorganizations to forge ahead with indomitable will and strive to make newachievements and new contributions in the hot practice of socialistmodernization.
