After more than two years of negotiation, Royal DSM (DSM) and Nenter &Co., Inc. (Nenter) struck a deal on the afternoon of September 26, to establishYimante Health Ingredients (Jingzhou) Co., Ltd. The joint venture will becommitted to building the world's most advanced vitamin E production base.According to the cooperation plan, the two sides will start upgrading andrenovation work early this month.
