Light up theworld in a flourishing age! The themed lighting show was officially staged inthe Jingzhou Ancient Town in the evening of September 27. Jingzhou celebratesthe National Day with a light and shadow feast, expressing the most sincereblessings to the motherland!

When theevening lights are lit, the Binyang Tower in the Jingzhou Ancient Town iscovered with colorful “fine gauze”, which is gorgeous and colorful, and theancient city wall is immersed in dazzling and chic atmosphere.

The 3D lightprojection and LED lights, as well as the beautiful light and special effectsmake the wall of Jingzhou ancient town, the city moat, the nine-dragon columnand the Golden Phoenix Soaring beautiful and magnificent. Such elements aswater mist, light and shadow, and music show the unique charm brought bycombination of Jingchu culture and modern technology in a vivid and dynamicmanner.

When the nightscreen has hung down, in the Binyang Tower of the Jingzhou Ancient Town, lightand shadow shows themed by “Warmly Celebrating the 70th Anniversary of theFounding of PRC”, “I Love You, China”, “Charming Ancient Jingzhou, Where PeoplePay a Visit with Respect to Guan Yu” are presented to the public. Various culturalcards such as Jingzhou cultural relics, the story of the Three Kingdoms, GuanYu culture and beautiful scenery were merged during the 8-minute-long lightshow performance.

Such joyfulscene drew eyes of many citizens and tourists, and they picked up their mobilephones, took pictures and sang in line with the melody. The night scene is thesecond face of a city. The ancient city of Jingzhou shows its new charm in thenew era.

The themelighting show of Jingzhou Ancient Town will be staged from 7:30 to 9:30 everynight from this day onwards.

It isunderstood that the “Light and Shadow Show” is a part of the lighting projectof Jingzhou Ancient City, with total length of reaches 4.5 kilometers, coveringthe city wall from the Yinbin Gate to the Nanji Gate, the moat area, the GuangongYi Park, the Visitor Center. The Quyuan Square, the Golden Phoenix Square, andareas around the Nine Dragon Abyss Theater, etc., and lighting shows are set upin some nodes, which will greatly enrich visitors’ night tour and landscapes ofthe ancient city, showing the new appearance and new style of Jingzhou ancientcity in the new era, satisfying the people's pursuit and yearning for a betterlife, and adding luster to the opening of the 2nd Hubei Province Garden ExpoPark.
