To meet the people's yearning for a good life andcelebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic ofChina, a light & shadow show now takes place on Binyang Tower, Dongmen,Jingzhou at 7:30 PM every night. The modern high-tech and creative culturalshow has opened a new chapter for the night tour of the ancient city.

On the scene, the dazzling light displayed thecharm of modern technology and the brilliance of the times. The 8-minute"light & shadow show", including three chapters: Chu Charm, ThreeKingdoms and Graceful Jingzhou, showcased the cultural history and tourismresources of Jingzhou. "One story per scene" enchanted tourists deeply.

The chapter of Chu Charm highlighted culturalrelics, culture and history; the chapter of Three Kingdoms presented ThreeKingdoms culture and Guan Gong culture; the chapter of Graceful Jingzhoupresented the core culture, history and cultural resources of Jingzhou.

Set off by light, city symbols such as AncientCity Wall, Binyang Tower, Guan Gong Statue, Flying Golden Phoenix, Nine DragonsColumn and Qu Yuan Statue became more brilliant. Ancient city Jingzhou shonewith new splendor.

The show is part of the lighting project ofJingzhou Ancient City. With a total length of 4.5 kilometers, the projectstretches from Yinbin Gate to Nanji Gate, covers areas such as moat, Guan GongPark, tourist center, Qu Yuan Square, Golden Phoenix Square and Jiulongyuan Theatre,greatly enriches the nightscape of Jingzhou Ancient City and displays its newlook in the new era. The regular show on Binyang Tower, Dongmen is staged 7:30PM every night by winter time and 8:00 PM by summer time.
