On the morning of October 20, the second Hubei Province (Jingzhou) GardenExpo saw the Jingmen Theme Day. The theatrical performanceswith Jingmen characteristics and various forms of tourism promotion eventsenabled tourists to gain an understanding of and fall in love with Jingmen

Amidst the melodious songs and graceful dance, Jingmen Theme Day openedwith a programme named Jingmen Welcome You. A solo song SpringFlowers Bloom in the Distance, singing and dancing Ballad of Mochou,chorus Flyer Higher, rap song Tour of Jingmen among otherprogrammes fully gave expression to the unique charm of Jingmen.

Balladof Mochou brought the audience tothe mysterious town of emperors – Zhongxiang City. Mochou village, ZhongxiangCity is a scenic spot featuring immersive experience of folk customs, with acluster of over a hundred of intangible food shops and workshops of inheritors.

Concerning tourism in Jingmen, it is worth mentioning “AVICLUB” alongsidethe banks of Zhang River. Being the first general aviation complex in China,AVICLUB is designed to be the largest base for the manufacturing, experimentingand test flight of special aircraft. It is the largest Aviation Sports andLeisure Experience Center and the largest General Aviation Operation ServiceBase in central China. Here, everyone is enabled to realize their dreams offlying in the sky.

Aside from pleasant performances, employees of various scenic spots inJingmen around the stage made promotions for visitors on the spot.

On the theme of “China’s Agricultural Valley, Human Longevity in Jingmen”,the event displayed and promoted Jingmen to a wide range of visitors by meansof theatrical performances, interactions among visitors, tourism promotionalvideos and introductions of scenic spots among other forms. Local tourists andthose from other places all had fun, immersing themselves in the culturalbrilliance in the lively atmosphere.
