On November 9, experts and scholars from the SinopecShanghai Research Institute of Petrochemical Technology (SRIPT) visitedJiangling Green Energy Chemical Industry Park in Jingzhou.

According to Gu Jianliang, Vice President of SRIPT,SRIPT will provide all-round support in such aspects as R&D, technologylicensing, project application, risk evaluation, market analysis and projectplanning, and join hands with Jingzhou to contribute to the national strategyof energy security, stability and guarantee.

Supported by SRIPT, Jiangling Green EnergyChemical Industry Park will have a clearer development idea and orientation,said Jiang Hong, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jingzhou MunicipalCommittee and Executive Vice Mayor of the Jingzhou Municipal People'sGovernment, hoping that SRIPT and Jingzhou would forge a longstandingpartnership, establish research institutes and build research platforms in thepark, in a joint effort to build Jingzhou into China's fifth national moderncoal chemical industry base.

SRIPT also signed a strategic cooperationagreement with the Jingzhou Investment Promotion Center.
