From November 23 to 24, led by Lu Yuefeng,Chairman of the Canada Hubei Chamber of Commerce (CHBCC), President of MeritEducation Inc. and Member of the CPPCC Hubei Provincial Committee; and ZhengJian, Vice Chairman of CHBCC and General Manager of Oriental OverseasConsulting Ltd., a CHBCC delegation visited Jingzhou. Duan Changlin, Member ofthe Standing Committee and Secretary General of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee;and Jiang Hong, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committeeand Executive Vice Mayor of the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government, metwith the delegation.

At a meeting, CHBCC spoke highly of Jingzhou'shistory, culture and investment environment, undertook to take full advantageof its platform to introduce Jingzhou abroad, and hoped that the two sideswould further strengthen resource sharing and cooperation to jointly create abright future.

Jiang warmly welcomed CHBCC to Jingzhou andthanked CHBCC for its permanent attention and support to Jingzhou. CHBCC andJingzhou have maintained good cooperative relations, CHBCC's many investmentprojects in Jingzhou have been successful and now Jingzhou is more open, saidhe, believing that the two sides would find broad cooperation space to achievegreater common success.
