There is a doctor from Jingzhou in the Guangdong medical team, who suspended her further education courses, and actively joined the medical team aiding her hometown. To win the battle against the epidemic and make more people reunite with their families, she chose not to walk in the house though passing by, and could not see her father. Her name is Yuan Ya, a respiratory physician from the Yangchun Hospital of TCM, Guangdong Province.

After finishing the job in the morning, she left the infection department of Jianli People's Hospital, and went back to the residence for a rest. With the sudden change of the weather in the past two days, the local government prepared down jackets and heaters in advance, allowing her to adapt to the weather very well, who was living in Guangdong before coming to Jingzhou. After work, she called her husband in Guangdong to report her safety.

After hanging up the phone, her anxiety was eased. Her participation in the frontline was understood by her family members, but thinking of the two kids, she had a nostalgic feeling. In the first evening after coming to Jianli County, Yuan received a photo of Lantern Festival drawn by her 11-year-old daughter.

She was born in downtown Jingzhou, so both Guangdong and Jingzhou are her homes, with one place being the husband and children, and the other being parents and the hometown. Affected by the epidemic, the family members who could have reunited during the Spring Festival were separated in two regions, and Yuan Ya, who engaged in advanced studies at the First Clinical Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, decided to suspend her studies, and actively joined a medical team aiding Jingzhou. Taking the airplane and bus all the way, she finally returned to the hometown she had dreamed of day and night, but directly went to Jianli County together with her medical team without having a chance to walk in her house and see her father though passing by.

Hearing that the epidemic situation was severe in Jianli, and protective supplies were in short supply, Yuan and her teammates brought several cartons of protective goods. But when she arrived in Jianli County, she was no longer afraid as daily necessities were sufficient, and the arrangement in each link was considerate, which has greatly moved her. Yuan said she is a respiratory physician with 16 years of working experience, so she is deeply aware that wards are the battlefield, and she needs to save more COVID-19 patients to reward her hometown.
