Salute! Jingzhou's three warriors set out for Wuhan
Updated: 2020-02-22 09:27:00

Covid-19 has recently spread across the country. Hubei and Wuhan is most important in the fight against the epidemic. To beat the epidemic, China has pooled national strengths to support Wuhan and Jingzhou has sent medical workers to the aid of Wuhan. Today three medical workers from Jingzhou First People's Hospital (JFPH) headed to Wuhan Jinyintan Hospital without hesitation.

The three medical workers are all doctors or nurses from the ICU of JFPH. Since the outbreak of the epidemic, they have worked on the treatment of Covid-19 patients in critical conditions; Li Qinglin, an associate chief physician, is experienced at epidemic diagnosis, treatment, prevention and control. With young ages and outstanding physical quality and stress tolerance, Xiao Han born in 1990 and Fu Xin born in 1997 are suitable for the rescue mission.

As the mission aiding Wuhan is heavy and tightly-scheduled, he had no time to tell the family.

In recognition of the three medical workers' fearlessness and devotion, leaders of the Jingzhou Municipal Health Commission, together with JFPH's leaders, hosted a brief seeing-off ceremony for them on February 20, hoping they would go all out to support Wuhan and return safely. Besides, JFPH will arrange staff to keep close contact with them to provide the strongest backing to the three "warriors".
