Since the outbreak of Covid-19, the medical teams from Guangdong and Hainan have rushed to Jingzhou at the earliest possible time and worked around the clock to rescue patients on the frontline. At the hotels accommodating the medical workers, the logistics staff has gone all out to offer considerate and safe services every day, to ensure the life quality of the medical workers and meet their needs.

At 10 am, the kitchen of The QUBE Hotel Jingzhou got down to work and several chefs were preparing the lunch. Executive Chef He Huahui from Jiangmen, Guangdong Province knows Cantonese's dietary habits very well, so it was up to him to decide nutritive daily dishes suiting the taste of the medical workers.

Three meals a day are important part of logistics support. The kitchen staff has started to prepare the breakfast at 5 am and worked till 10 pm. Sometimes they have even worked overnight. The hotel has accommodated over 700 medical workers aiding Jingzhou since it greeted the first Jingzhou-aiding medical team on January 28. A total of 41 hotel staff members have been involved in logistics support work, including disinfection, catering and customer service.

Now 37 medical workers and 6 accompanying journalists from Guangdong are staying at Runhe Hall Hotel in Inner Ring North Road, Jingzhou District. Frontline medical workers and journalists are both high-risk groups. For the sake of their safety, the hotel has not only strictly disinfected all entering and exiting staff, but also disinfected public areas three times a day.

Zhongtao Hotel now hosts 45 medical workers from Hainan. While providing daily life care, over 20 logistics staff members of the hotel have improved service quality from details to fully meet needs of all the medical workers.
