April saw the coming of the spring. In the 10,000-class clean balloon dilatation pressure pump assembly workshop of Yihai Technology at 8 Shenzhen Boulevard, Jingzhou Economic & Technological Development Zone (JETDZ), workers were bonding and assembling materials before measuring their pressure.
According to Wang Jian, Assistant to General Manager of Yihai Technology, balloon dilatation pressure pumps are used in cardiac intervention surgeries to inflate balloons. During the epidemic, myocardial infarction and other complications occurred in some critically ill patients needing cardiovascular treatment. In surgeries, doctors inflate balloons to place stents.
During epidemic, Yihai Technology mainly exported balloon dilatation pressure pumps to some Middle East and European countries like Iran and Turkey. The global outbreak of the epidemic boosted product demands.
Founded in JETDZ in 2011, Yihai Technology is a high-tech enterprise specialized in the R&D, manufacture and sales of disposable interventional and anesthetic intensive care devices. It exports 90 percent of products to overseas markets. Due to accurate prediction by Yihai Technology that prepared sufficient materials before the outbreak of the epidemic, its work and production resumption has not been affected.
The disposable blood pressure sensor is another key product of Yihai Technology. It can continuously monitor patients' venous pressure and arterial pressure in real time, to help clinicians find out patients' cardiovascular functions and vital signs. It has exported products to over 80 countries in the Middle East, the EU, South America and other regions. The core component of the product is a sensor chip.
Strong confidence comes from sufficient stock. With the constant improvement in its medical level, this year Yihai Technology has achieved more successes in product R&D, explored the automatic manufacture of products, and kept improving its production lines and production capacity to double its output.
In late 2019, Yihai Technology participated in the 1st Hospital-Enterprise Matchmaking Conference at JETDZ, invited heads of hospitals in downtown Jingzhou to visit Yihai Technology, and made its way into Jingzhou's medical institutions, to give greater play to the role of local enterprises in serving local patients.
