It’s learnedfrom the Jingzhou Municipal Administration Service and Big Data ManagementBureau that the Bureau aims to increase the number of “one-window handling”matters to 500 before the end of this year, and achieve the full coverage ofmunicipal government service matters before the end of May next year.
Since last November,the Bureau has vigorously advanced the “one-window handling” reform. Inaccordance with the actual needs of enterprises and people, to make thehandling of matters easier, the Bureau became the first to implement theseparation of acceptance and approval in the field of social and livelihoodaffairs, and established a new government service pattern featuring“comprehensive acceptance at the reception, classified approval backstage andpickup at one window”, giving a boost to the service efficiency.
In April this year,Jingzhou city further expanded the range of the “one-window handling” reform tonine categories, including social and livelihood affairs, commercialregistration, investment project approval, real estate transactionregistration, social insurance affairs, medical insurance affairs, publicsecurity services, transport services and housing provident fund services,aiming to comprehensively carry out the reform. Among them, the social andlivelihood affairs field has realized normal operation, with more than 50matters being accepted on April 28.
