The HubeiJingzhou High School is among the first batch of key middle schools in Hubeiprovince, a provincial demonstration high school, as well as a demonstrationschool for the reform of the Communist Youth League on middle schools inJingzhou. Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Youth LeagueCommittee of Hubei Jingzhou High School has actively responded to the call, andorganized an online anti-epidemic League day activity, calling on allschoolmates to actively contribute their youth strength to the anti-epidemicfight. Thanks to excellent performance, the Youth League Committee of theschool won the title of “National May Fourth Red Flag Youth League Committee”in 2019.
The school hasbeen equipping teachers and students with the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialismwith Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, and views as fostering virtuethrough education a fundamental task. The YouthLeague Committee of Jingzhou Public Security Bureau also won the title of“National May Fourth Red Flag Youth League Committee” in 2019. During theepidemic containment, the Youth League Committee of the Bureau has led youngpolice and auxiliary police to spearhead without any fear of difficulties anddangers, made all-out efforts to guard various anti-epidemic security points,places for admission, observation and quarantine, and key hospitals, assistedwith the epidemiological investigation on 1,580 confirmed cases. Also, it hasscreened and checked almost 16,000 patients with fever, and taken part in thetransfer of 4,202 persons in four types, which fully showcased the demeanor ofyoung pioneers among the public security officers in Jingzhou.
Youth is thebest time of a person’s life. Youth is the future of the country and the hopeof the nation. Amid the COVID-19 epidemic, the youth team from the MedicalDepartment of the Hubei College of Chinese Medicine have showcased theirresponsibilities and obligations with struggle and courage, of which almost onehundred advanced individuals, represented by Gan Ruyi, a national heroine, havestood out.
