After entering the cabin, thebank quickly started the assistance action by extending the due date of loanprincipal and lowering the contract interest rate of a 39.6 million yuan loanto 3.65%, enabling the enterprise to achieve work and production resumptionsmoothly, and save interest expenses of 155,000 yuan a year.
Asthe main participant of the “enterprise cabin with financial services”, CCB JingzhouBranch provides all-around one-to-one assistance for enterprises entering thecabin, with one policy for one enterprise, and actively makes financingarrangements; does not withdraw or suspend loans, and extends or adjusts thedue date of principal repayment for enterprises in difficulties; providesonline financial support, allowing enterprises to apply for credit loansonline; supports inbound enterprises to issue epidemic prevention and controlbonds for prioritized exclusive sales support, maintains enterprise creditinvestigation, and assists enterprises in submitting and adjusting creditinvestigation reports; provides inbound enterprises with online training onproduction & operation, recruitment & employment, epidemic prevention &health, etc. through the China Construction Bank University and its partneruniversities and colleges.
Nextup, the CCB Jingzhou Branch will join hands with the Jingzhou MunicipalEconomic and Information Technology Bureau to complete the consultation withthe rest of 33 inbound enterprises, make assistance plans, and implement themas soon as possible.
It’slearned that the number of inbound enterprises in the city has reached 110, ofwhich 52 were granted loans of 436 million yuan, and 25 will be given loans of129 million yuan by the CCB Jingzhou Branch. The bank also extended loans of617.84 million yuan for 156 enterprises affected by the epidemic, and offeredlower-interest loans of 536.58 million yuan for 387 enterprises. Besides, theJingzhou Municipal Bureau of Local Finance actively coordinated with financialinstitutions in the city to implement financing of 8.022 billion yuan for 372enterprises planning to enter the cabin and recommended by the economic andinformation technology department as well as 726 million yuan for 251 newagricultural operation entities recommended by the agriculture and ruralaffairs department. Jingzhou city is dedicated to irrigating inboundenterprises with constant flowing water of finance, and boosting the healthydevelopment of the real economy in the city.
