On the afternoon of June 3, the State-owned Assets Supervision andAdministration Commission of the State Council, together with the HubeiProvincial Party Committee and Provincial Government, held a video conferencefor central enterprises to help Hubei’s economic recovery after the pandemic.At the conference, 34 central enterprises signed 72 project contracts withHubei, with a total investment of 327.725 billion yuan, involving new energy, ecologicaland environmental protection, intelligent manufacturing, informationtechnology, medicine and health, industry-city integration, infrastructureconstruction and other fields. Among them, 48 projects will receive aninvestment of more than 1 billion yuan, accounting for 67.61% of the total, ofwhich, 9 exceeds 10 billion yuan.

Adhering to new developmentconcepts and high-quality development, it will rely on the Wuhan Commercial AerospaceIndustrial Cluster and the Jingzhou Aerospace Science and Industry Electronic InformationIndustrial Park to build high-end electronic information equipmentmanufacturing, testing and experiment capabilities in accordance with thedevelopment concept of "full industry chain + cluster layout + independentcontrol + intelligent manufacturing", with the goal of mass production ofsatellite Internet. In this way, Jingzhou will establish a world-classsatellite and electronic information equipment manufacturing industry cluster,which can serve the “Belt and Road” Initiative and conduce to the constructionof satellite broadband communication capabilities for a community of sharedfuture for global mankind.
