Stabilizing enterprises and ensuring employment through financial support is ensuring the people's livelihood and stability, which is the specific foot hold on which financial departments fulfill the task of "six assurances", she said, requiring that the local financial work bureau, the central sub-branch of the People's Bank of China and the office of the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission should decompose the target of"stabilizing enterprises through financial support" and Jingzhou'sannual key financial targets among counties (cities, districts), relevant departments and financial institutions, form target lists and task lists, and convene monthly scheduling meetings to report progress rankings. Relevant departments should implement policies through coordination, project declaration andapplication, to benefit enterprises to the greatest extent.
