The Sanya-JingzhouCooperation and Exchange Conference took place on the morning of August 21. The municipal governments of the two cities entered into a twin city agreement. Under the unified leadership of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the CPC Central Committee, Hainan has achieved a decisive victory in supporting Jingzhou in epidemic fighting and control.Hainan and Jingzhou forged deep friendship in the anti-epidemic battle, he said, hoping the two sides would continue to work together to achieve win-win.
On behalf of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee, the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government and Jingzhou people, He expressed heartfelt thanks for Sanya's all-out support, hoping Sanya would continue to support Jingzhou's development and deepen cooperation with Jingzhou in such aspects as industrial complementation, modern agriculture investment, business trade and culture & tourism promotion. The twinning marks a new level for Jingzhou-Sanya exchanges and cooperation, said Bao, hoping the twosides would take this opportunity to promote integration and connection in fields such as economic trade, civil aviation, culture & tourism, medicare and advantageous agriculture, to promote the coordinated economic and social development of the two sides.

Xiang signed the twin city agreement with Sanya on behalf of the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government.Relevant departments of the two sides also signed the agreements on culture& tourism cooperation and human resources cooperation.
