The development of enterprises cannot be alienated from financing, like the nourishment from "running water". The reporter learned on September16 that the Jingzhou Municipal Commerce Bureau had joined hands with financial enterprises to solve difficulties enterprises facing, thus successfully allowing those involving trade business at home with credit needs to resume work and production smoothly.

Since the beginning of this year, the Jingzhou Municipal Commerce Bureau has actively carried out the activity of "1,000 Cadres into 1,000 Enterprises",and has established one-on-one liaison mechanism for relevant enterprises, with a view to solving problems in employment, financing, production,transportation, policy implementation and other aspects. Having established a"mobile cabin delivering financial services for enterprises", the Bureau and Jingzhou Branch of Agricultural Bank of China jointly issued "Noticeof Carrying out Special Financing to Support Domestic Trade Enterprises",while taking the initiative to contact commercial, trade and circulation enterprises of all kinds which have been affected by the COVID-19 epidemic and are in need of credit during the process of resuming work and production. Specifically, special financing and subsequent guarantee have been offered to support112 enterprises as mentioned above. 

At present,the Jingzhou Branch of Agricultural Bank of China has provided more than 30 enterprises in the city with consessional loans amounting to RMB 200 million,which has greatly alleviated the difficulties in and cut the huge costsincurred from financing for enterprises.
