The launch ceremony of Jingzhou Online Financial Service Platform took place on the morning of November 6, marking that Jingzhou's financial service economy has entered a new stage of platform-based, intelligent and efficient development.

Present were Chen Kuanhong, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director General of the Hubei Provincial Bureau of Local Financial Regulation; and Zhang Yuanmei, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee, Member of the Party Leadership Group of the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government and First Secretary of the Party Work Committee of Jingzhou Economic & Technological Development Zone.

Building an online financial service platform, using big data to precisely "profile" enterprises, creating a financial transaction platform, and providing integrated and diversified financial products to market subjects is of great significance to better serving the real economy, preventing and controlling financial risks, and improving financing efficiency, said Zhang, calling for efforts to keep improving Jingzhou Online Financial Service Platform, to build it into a characteristic brand and a brilliant symbol in Jingzhou's business environment construction.

The platform includes six modules: bank loan, local finance, listing cloud, enterprise cabin, financial risk prevention and policies. The local finance module offers seven types of financial products, including financial guarantee, entrepreneurship guarantee, local assets management, micro loan, pawning, financial leasing and commercial factoring.

The platform can effectively connect enterprises, financial institutions and regulators to perform respective functions via the Internet and big data, integrate information resources, and provide one-stop financial services to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). In a broader range, it can provide more efficient "matchmaking" service to financial institutions including banks and MSMEs, find appropriate enterprises for banks and right banks for enterprises, and make data credible and risks controllable, thus effectively addressing MSMEs' financial problems.
