Themed on “Rural revitalization • science and technology innovation first”, the 2020 17th China Wuhan Agricultural Expo launched on December 16. Jingzhou Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs organized 34 Jingzhou enterprises to participate in the exhibition, and promoted agricultural investment promotion at the opening ceremony, and signed a 1 billion yuan project on the spot.
It is understood that the Wuhan Agricultural Expo is a comprehensive agricultural event with the strongest professionalism and highest industry attention in Hubei. Compared with previous sessions, this year's Wuhan Agricultural Expo has a higher technological content. Six exhibition areas of agricultural technology, digital agriculture and finance, poverty alleviation, rural revitalization, refined agriculture, and the National Agricultural Science and Technology Center have established a platform for exchange and cooperation among agricultural technology enterprises. Five national agricultural innovation centers in Wuhan, Nanjing, Taigu, Chengdu, and Guangzhou gathered for the first time to showcase the latest agricultural scientific and technological achievements in the province and even the whole country.
Jingzhou exhibition area consists exhibition hall of Jingzhou taste, Jingzhou fish cakes and Jingzhou rice agricultural products,to expand production and sales channels through unified production of promotional videos, brochures and brand LOGO, and enhance the brand's market influence, popularity and reputation. Fish cakes, rice, lotus root, condiments and other agricultural products with Jingzhou characteristic attracted Wuhan citizens to flock in to purchase once made the public appearance.
During the event, a total of 33 projects were signed at the on-site signing event for agricultural investment promotion, with a contract amount totaled 86.868 billion yuan. Among which, Jingzhou Municipal Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and TW New Energy (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. signed an investment agreement for the Niganghu Fishery Yuguang Town Project. The project has a total investment of 1 billion yuan, and the construction content includes smart fishery, photovoltaic power generation, rural tourism, and aquatic product processing.
