Relevant local departments should perform obligations under the agreement, deepen practical cooperation, provide strong policy support and element guarantee, first-class government services and outstanding development environment for Jingzhou's financial institutions.

The signing of the agreement deepens the early cooperation between the two sides and marks a good start for strategic cooperation in the new period, Chen said.
