Yijun Yaoneng phase II production expansion project covers an area of 100 mu with a total investment of 580 million yuan. The report saw at the construction site that the main structure of the 3-storey office building, the cushion of the 50,000-square-meter steel structure workshop, the columns and beams of the steel structure have all been completed.
After the completion of the project at the end of April, the equipment is expected to enter the factory in May. It is reported that the 50,000-square-meter steel structure workshop will introduce more than 50 fully automatic cutting-edge production lines, mainly producing "new, strange and special" glass such as double silvering and triple silvering LOW-E glass, fireproof glass and special-shaped safety glass.
In order to transform and upgrade Yijun Yaoneng from a traditional enterprise to a high-tech enterprise, it extends business scope from float glass manufacturing to glass deep processing industry. The company has planned two major projects during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, namely, Yaoneng Phase II expansion project and the energy-saving new material industrial park project. After the construction of the industrial park was started in October 2020, the project is progressing smoothly and various work is stepped up with the efforts of all parties.
It is said that the industrial park project will be carried out in two phases, which have been incorporated into key industrial projects in Hubei Province. Upon completion, it will cover the whole industrial chain of photovoltaic substrates, solar cells, photovoltaic modules and photovoltaic panels. At present, there is no photovoltaic equipment industry in Hubei Province. The completion of this project is of symbolic significance to Hubei Province's efforts in promoting photovoltaic new energy.
