On May 7, Jingzhou Municipal People’s Government signed Cooperation Framework Agreement on Investment and Construction of Key Projects with Hubei Provincial Communications Investment Group Co.,ltd(HPCCIG).He Guangzhong, Secretary of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee, Long Chuanhua,Secretary of Party Committee and Chairman of HPCCIG attened the ceremony and addressed the speech.
