To implement the strategy of the CPC Hubei Provincial Committee and the Hubei Provincial People's Government for promoting the integrated development of Yichang, Jingzhou, Jingmen and Enshi, Yichang-Jingzhou Quality Agricultural Product Production and Marketing Coordination Conference, organized by the Yichang Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives (YFSMC) and the Jingzhou Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives (JFSMC), took place on the afternoon of May 31. 29 enterprises from Yichang brought quality agricultural products, including Yichang mandarin orange, Yichang tea, Zigui Lunwan navel orange and Wufeng honey. Many dealers from Jingzhou made consultation and reached purchase agreements with suppliers on the site.

At the conference, YFSMC and JFSMC signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Under the agreement, the two sides will cooperate in creating channels for the circulation of agricultural products, rural e-commerce development, and information and technology consultation, so as to establish stable marketing channels and reduce the circulation links and purchase costs of agricultural products. In this way, Yichang's products will be more accessible and affordable to Jingzhou people and Jingzhou's agricultural products like rice, crayfish and freshwater fish will find their ways into families of Yichang people.
