According to the Plan, to further improve enterprises' technology innovation capacity, Jingzhou will select some key projects for improvement under a candidate mechanism, strive to have over 600 high-tech enterprises by late 2023, guide and support enterprises in using advanced processes and equipment of pollution reduction, water saving and energy conservation for energy conservation renovation, so as to reduce pollutant discharge, advance the efficient recycling of resources and improve green levels. By 2023, Jingzhou will have over 6 national green plants and over 15 provincial water-saving demonstration enterprises, promote the wide use of cloud computing, big data, AI, industrial Internet and other new technologies in enterprises, implement iterative renovation featuring advanced production lines, construct some intelligent "sample plants" with demonstrative and guiding effects, and grant 1 percent of the unit price of equipment (a maximum of 5 million yuan) as an incentive to any enterprise that uses equipment mentioned in the Guidance Catalogue for the Popularization and Use of First Units (Sets) of Major Technological Equipment. Jingzhou will strive to provide intelligent diagnosis services to 100 key enterprises, and have over 30 national and provincial intelligent manufacturing demonstration projects by late 2023.
