On the afternoon of June 4, Zhang Yuanmei, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jingzhou Municipal Committee, Member of the Party Leadership Group of the Jingzhou Municipal People's Government and First Secretary of the Party Work Committee of Jingzhou Economic & Technological Development Zone (JETDZ), visited JETDZ Government Service Center, conducted research on further improving government service level and optimizing business enviroment, she required to carefully check the needs of the business people, make every effort to address inadequacies, improve the service efficiency and level, and create best business environment

Zhang required that efforts must be made to strengthen the problem orientation and realize the centralization of departmental administrative examination and approval functions as soon as possible; should strengthen the connection with relevant municipal departments, must coordinate to promote more examination and approval items, personnel, authorization settled in the center; must publicity business environment policy with multiple "online + offline" forms, and ensure smooth channels for corporate appeals; must optimize the administrative process, shorten the time limit, and create the business enviroment focused on the high-frequency matters handled by the enterprise and the public; should make full use of the "double comparison, double competition and one optimization" appraisal activity to effectively achieve substantial results in optimizing the business environment, and provide solid support for high-quality development of JETDZ.
