In order to improve the professional level and comprehensive capacity of human resources service practitioners in Jingzhou, and cultivate new types of human resource service talents, the Training Course for Human Resource Practitioners by Jingzhou Human Resource Service Industry Association kicked off recently. Practitioners from nearly 50 member units of human resource service industry associations and municipal labor dispatch agencies of human resource participated in the training.

The training invited experts in human resources, government procurement, business etiquette, etc., interpreted the Hubei Human Resources Market Regulations for the trainees, explained government procurement regulations, carried out high-end business reception etiquette training. The service awareness and professional level of employees in the service industry has been effctively improved through the trainging course, and  standardized operation of human resource service organizations would also be greatly advanced.
